My name is Mzukisi Mathibe and I went to I.D Mkhize high school, NY50 Guguletu. and finished my Matric in 2003. After Matric I worked for Securi-Tech company for 2 years. In 2006 I did learnership with Ellerines holdings limited and studied Wholesale & retail management and Technology. In 2007 I was employed by Ellerines fulltime. On the 24th September 2007 I joined 2Way travel CC and led tours to Southern Africa and coordinating projects for international volunteers and administration part time until 2013 then worked full time for 6 months while studying. 2008 Worked as junior Administrator for Khanyisa Community church until April 2009. In 2010 I did a business course with Raymond Ackerman Academy, situated at GSB in UCT. While studying for Six months was doing my Internship at City of Cape government (Social development & economic development) In 2011 I did Management course with Louis Group Academy with Stellenbosch University. 2012 bought a coffee business and ran it for a year then sold it. 2013 enrolled at CPUT for Business Management & Entrepreneurship unfortunately could not finish it due to financial constraints. 2009 also volunteered part time at Izandla Zethemba HIV/ aids Projects until 2017. October 2016 Worked in United Kingdom (England) for various organisation for a year. February 2018 started a full-time work as programme manager at Izandla Zethemba HIV/ AIDS Projects and coordinating and managing 5 high schools projects and leading a team of 3 facilitators. November 2018 started a new job as sales consultant at Cape Union Mart (Tread & Miller). I have been unemployed since July 2019. I believe I deserve this job because I am passionate about Management, Customer service Management, Business Communication, Analysis, and report compiling, and Business performance as that offers new experience every day. I have travelled to many Southern African Countries and Europe. I spent a year learning and getting a whole new experience. I am positive, honest, and respectful. I do take my responsibilities seriously and that is my best quality. I am a strategic and a creative thinker and enjoy working in with team dynamics. I am reliable and punctual, and dedicated. I enjoy coming up with ideas that can help to increase either sales or bring new business in the company.
