I have completed and attained a culinary diploma in City and Guilds and an additional AHLEI certificate in Supervision through the International Hotel School. My Culinary career began in 2013 to date having worked in 4 and 5 star hotels, in Dubai for the worlds largest indoor theme park, for Jamie Oliver's Italian restaurant and climbed to Sous Chef for high-end restaurant Rockets in Bryanston. My recent employment is working on leading cruise ship company Viking having worked here since 2019
