Good Day I hope this email finds you well. As a determined individual, with an LLB, good communication skills and interests in private law and social justice, I am convinced that I am the right candidate for the position, as my background and interests are well-suited for the work conducted by your office. During my undergraduate studies, I learned about the trial process and found that I enjoyed preparing and analyzing facts, gathering of and producing court documents, drafting of opinions and interviewing witnesses. I also have a strong command over written and verbal English and isiXhosa. Therefore, I am competent and capable of conducting research and administrative work. I had taken up employment as a part-time customer service agent at two call center companies during my studies. My first customer service position, at Customer Care Solutions, I acquired soft skills, resolving of conflicts and decision making. While at Webhelp SA, the skills I acquired included communication and time management. Even though these were acquired through working in a different industry, I believe they would serve great use as a legal intern because it showcases my abilities and familiarity within the workplace. Furthermore, my law degree, outgoing, and curious personality traits would make it easier for me to adapt to new environments, avail myself to any role required on to carry out a task or duty. As a community minded person who wants to make a positive change in my society, I believe my talents, skills and motivation would render me an asset to your office in that I would be bringing in a fresh perspective on legal matters and working in a team. Thank you for taking the time to read, and I hope to hear from you soon.
