My employment activities consistently demand a cultured ability in building and utilising interpersonal relationships with skilful and unequivocal communication capabilities. The use of my developed abilities in spoken as well as written communication has been critical to the success of all my pursuits at work. At this junction, I can confidently state that I have developed excellent communication and presentation skills, which hold me in good stead for my future endeavours. Throughout my career, I had always strived at making active efforts to influence events rather than accepting them passively – being a self- starter, displaying original thinking and new points of view. My work experience with in the group demanded a high level of readiness to make decisions or render judgement irrespective of quality or outcome. Most employment projects thus far require analysing problems systematically, organising information, identifying key factors, determining underlying causes and generating conclusions. I believe these valuable skills will help me take on any challenging work environment. My planning and organisation skills go hand in hand with time management and meeting deadlines. My experience in pharmacy have continuously demanded implementing co-ordinated plans and actions, ensuring plans are realised through appropriate utilisation of people, processes and resources; effectiveness in thinking through and mapping out in advance one’s own activities and those of a group, in a well-structured, balanced and organised manner.
