I am currently registered for Master Of Commerce in HR Management with specialization in Labour Relations under ther topic: "Situational and Dispositional Factors Influencing Workplace Bullying amongst Police Officers in Limpopo Province, South Africa". I choose this topic because within my experience in attending cases at CCMA showed my that many employees are bullied and are afraid to raise their concerns in the name of keeping their jobs safe as most predators are their seniors. Most don't know about Labour Relations Act. I have 3 years experience in general and 1 year experience in Human Resources Management. I am willing to learn more about Human Resources in practical since I have more theory experience in HR.
