My professional background, spanning the entire strategic and functional HR spectrum, augurs well for the strengthening of the team I form part of. In a rapidly evolving business environment, traditional HR (where administrative transactions are its primary function) takes second place to a strategically driven people plan built on creativity and innovation. My experience and skills working as the Strategic HR Consultant for a multinational group of companies required linking creativity and innovation with strong business acumen. While the bulk of my experience has been abroad, it has allowed me to understand, utilize and adapt global solutions to local opportunities and threats.
