I am experienced in working with various microbiota, utilizing aseptic techniques in a fume hood or biosafety cabinet. I have also formulated and prepared growth media and chemical solutions. Additionally, I have operated, calibrated, maintained, and troubleshooted various laboratory equipment that comprise of microscopes, bioreactors, burettes, pipettes, spectrophotometers, pH meters, and incubators to name a few. In my research, I have conducted various experimental applications by following kit protocols, analyzed key results, verified, and discussed significant findings.
