I consider myself a socially intelligent individual who is able to do any demanding role that requires proactive individuals who are committed to work hard. In my current role I manage the daily acceptance of every construction stage for the Boiler Plant in Eskom Medupi Project, with responsibility for making sure all as-built documents are in the client’s database, verification of plant designs is according to plant and cooperating with contractors in meeting construction goals. I view my skills and experience relevant to be relevant because I have been exposed to a working environment that require leadership in team formats and structure outcome goals to meet the desired objectives. Working in an engineering consulting sphere has exposed me in working with diverse and time challenging projects and has shaped me to be a better executer in all that I do. On a personal level I possess a dynamic work ethic, along with an ability to think outside the box and pick up new skills quickly. I think commercially at all times, embrace positive change and am transparent and open with others. I consider myself to be a confident individual who can quickly become part of an existing construction team.
