I am a strong passionate, innovative and solution driven person with mining, construction and management background. I have extensive knowledge of organised labour and have served at various companies on the senior and middle management. I have knowledge. skills and implementation of various legislations including, LRA, SDA/EEA, BCEA, OHSA to name a few. I attended most of arbitration cases at the CCMA and facilitated collective bargaining meetings and mediated disputes. My experience as an HR Administrator contributes positively and effectively in records keeping My academic qualification includes: • Advanced Labour Law (UNISA) • Management of Labour Relation (WITS), • Programme in Labour Dispute Resolution Practice (Stellenbosch University) • and other certificates. I am most anxious to contribute effectively to the objective of the organisation in ensuring that stakeholders and employees are correctly advised and supported to create labour peace and ensure achievements of goals without unnecessary disputes.
