My most recent role as a Community Development FaciIitator, and my previous role as an office administrator I have had exposure of HR processes and worked closely with the HR departments in handling documentation for filling as well as capturing data. My role involved planning and coordinating training programmes as well as collaboration with HR as the project coordinator for the skills programmes. Handling confidential documentation of employees while preparing them for course registration submissions. I have assisted HR in pre-assessment interviews and also helped with the shortlisting of candidates. Sticking to certain requirements/criteria in order to find suitable candidate. I enjoy writing and have great interpersonal skills.
