My name is matthew. I am a laboratory assistant with three(3) years of experience. I am currently working in a clinical trials lab so I am firmilar with a wide spread of protocols. I process samples adhering to strict methods and TATs as well as I capture all lab work on computer systems. Housekeeping is the responsibility of all lab staff however this function is one I believe is fundamental to being able to keep the lab running and ensure proper specimen handling which is why I feel strongly about maintaining a well kept lab. I also manage stock, rotating,receiving as well as monthly stock take. I want to further my lab knowledge and position to become more functional and to be a bigger part of the work that betters the life of other people. I would like to in the future work my way up to clinical pathologist.
