I am a 33 year old male with previous work experience in operations and account management. Majority of my experience is in the retail space where I have managed staff responsible for sales in electronic products from the following companies: Samsung, Cell C, Edcon, Pick n Pay. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Day to day operations and liaising with client on the account in the mentioned retails stores. • Tracking of weekly sales, market share, shelf share and stock reporting • Monthly commissions and incentives of staff members • Ensuring staff are at work daily and completing daily tasks as prescribed by client • Reporting on staff attendance for billing to client • HR processes such as recruitment, staff retention, counselling/coaching, etc. • General team management • Dealing with customer queries if escalated by staff The team I managed consists of weekend promoters, Brand ambassadors, Field Service Representatives and Regional Managers which made a total of up to 100 staff members. My strengths are being a hard worker, always enjoying a challenge and problem solving. I am always willing to learn new things and am a fast learner.
