I am also a good listener enjoying solving complex and soft issues and building productive team and I identifying talent and weaknesses of my subordinate and ensure they receive necessary assistance to upskill themselves and become a valuable asset into the organization. I also have a track record ensuring compliance as far as MHSA, with a good safety record throughout my career and also a good track record of ensuring compliance on organizational goals, systems and processes. Also good track record on assisting on drafting and implementation Code of practice’s, Safe operation procedure’s and Standards since I’ve been appointed to the standard committee.
