I hold a Bachelor Degree (B'Tech) in Environmental Health from then Technikon Witwatersrand (TWR) currently known as University of Johannesburg(UJ).In addition to formal qualifications, I have undergone short term training on SMTRAC, hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Incident Investigation, ITIS (Train the Trainer), Contractor Management, ISO 4001 Awareness, Facilitation and Auditing, OHSAS 18001 Awareness, Facilitation and Auditing, HIV Management in the workplace, Safety Health and Environment (SHE) legal courses , conferences on Occupational and Environmental Management and further undergone a series of Management and leadership courses to enhance my Managerial skills. I am a proficient all round Management practitioner with highly applicable background and exceptional leadership, communication, group facilitation, presentation and team building skills. Not withstanding , I am willing to offer to prospective employers more than 10 years of solid and hands-on strategic business acumen coupled with sound Safety, Health and Environment experience which I assume would be extremely valuable to most organisations. I have over the years acquired extensive and diverse experience from the successful different managerial positions held and attained success under my astute leadership as the SHE Manager. I have successfully developed Health and Safety Specifications as the client agent, compiled Health and Safety files for Contractors, have further developed policies and procedures for contractors, Trained Contractors and Health Care workers on Health matters, with COVID-19 around , I have in recent months developed COVID-19 Specifications as a government for Construction to comply with and evaluated compliance in that regard. I have spent a substantial number of years within the Public, Parastatal sectors and Non Profit Organisations and have been exposed to legislative and national legal frameworks to name but a few, OHSA, COIDA, NEMA, MHSA, BCEA, EEA, PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
