For the period I served with the Office of the Premiere, in the Human Resource Department I interacted and engaged with different stakeholders, assisted with the co-ordination of the meetings, committees which boosted my communication skills, team work, my presentation and leadership skills as one was required to answer to the queries that individuals had and be able to provide accurate and complete information. My determination and motivation to strive for results can been proven by the extra mile I took in ensuring that I understand the tasks given by doing research, understanding policies and procedures in order to produce desired results. Dealing with performance management and being in the human resource development space I do understand the importance of time management thus being able to give feedback on time, solving queries timeously and accurately and providing proper advice. My exposure in human resource (thus participate in the development of the organisational structure; assist in the development of the Human resource plan; performance management development system) has enabled me to be goal-oriented, strive for excellent customer satisfaction and always be detailed and know the importance of dealing with confidential information.
