I have gained over five-years’ worth of hands-on experience in Managing and Coordinating Learning and Development in Both STANLIB and FirstRand Group. My experiences include acting as a liaison between L&D Team, as well as a focal point of contact with stakeholders and coordinating Skills Development programs. My responsibilities include maintenance of the learning management system, ROI, pivotal funding, tax rebates, internal and external training, vendor management, budget and monthly finance recon, 18.1 and 18. 2 Learnership, Learning needs analysis, BEE, Learning pathways, bursaries and Leadership programmes. Creating process and governance with SETA related duties in consultation with the L&D Operations. I am ambitious, motivated individual who is dedicated to furthering her skills and knowledge fundamental to professional growth. I am confident, calm under pressure; I deliver creative and accurate work of a high standard, and have the ability and drive to work deadlines in a challenging environment. I am an adaptable, willing and efficient team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
