TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN My name is Marchiano Markoem, I’m a hard worker and quick learner. l have a good history behind me regarding hospitality. I worked in high class establishments and worked on Seabourn cruise line as Restaurant Manager. Im very motivated and always willing to learn. I support always the company concept and strive to get it better. Guest satisfaction is priority and 101% is always the target. Training other staff members is always on my list to share the knowledge and to make the team better. Regarding my Education, l left high school on my 15th cause l wanted to work and wanted do to thinks with my hand and sitting in a classroom. On that age you can get all kind of jobs to make some money and to see what you want to do in life so l did. On my 18 l went back to an Restaurant Management project/schooling for 2 years but again that classroom was not for me, l nearly finished it but towards the end l gave up, nevertheless through the years l learned and gain experience in the career l chose and it made me successful! Please don’t get me wrong that l don’t want to learn/study cause l had to do certain courses during the years but at least it was not “a year day in day out” class.
