I am a young Chef enthusias,energetic and have Passion for food and cooking.I worked in restaurant and hotels serving and planing ala carte menus in SA cuisine ,French and Asian ,banqueting functions and coctails.I have been exposed in fine dinning and set menus.I worked at all sections and all kitchens,cold ,hot.I did a little in baking breads.I am willing to learn more and share my skills with your team.
