Mahomed is a graduate chemical engineer and currently a trainee at Henkel where he’s doing his production internship. Mahomed chose to study chemical engineering because it allows him to create innovative solutions to complex problems in a wide range of industries. It has also enabled him to obtain a wide range of valuable skills, including complex problem solving, process optimization and lateral thinking. During his time at school, in addition to his passion for science he developed a passion for technology. This led him to joining societies such as EWB (Engineers Without Borders) where he has gained skills including but not limited to, proactive teamwork, allowed him to gain a broader understanding to problem solving and also gained several technical skills. He is keen on growing and developing and always looks forward to new challenges.
