I have an ICU experience spanning more than 15 years . I am versatile because with my exposure and experince I have knowledge of Critical Care Nursing in General/Surgical/Neuro/ Trauma ICU's, I have an extensive exposure and speciality in Burn wounds. I work with both Adults and pediatrics and master the art of critical care nursing- short and long term ventilation in high and or low acuity work settings. I have good interpersonal and communication skills ,I am attentive to details I do possess analytical and critical thinking, decision making skills that are required in an ICU setting and I have substantially been exposed to diversity. 15 years in total ,working in the Middle East has taught me how to be a lot as far as consultative processes, multicultures with a commitment towards a patient Safety centered common goal. I witnessed how a workplace with diversity is managed. I am able to function well and fit in quickly ,able to work independently and in a mutidisciplinary context, as the situation warrants.
