I have a B-Tech in: Consumer Sciences: Food and Nutrition. I was employed by AGT Foods one of South Africa’s largest Agricrop producers prior to that I was employed by Unilever SA as a R&D Technologist. I am a person who has a good understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, FIFO, Product Research and Development, Troubleshooting and corrective action, Handling of customer complaints, Product non-conformances, 5S, GMP, GHP, testing of packaging and ISO standards. I’m a hard working self-motivated person, with good interpersonal and organizational skills. I work well in a team and individually. I work well under pressure and I always strive to ensure that the company goals and set targets are met. I like facing new challenges as I learn new things and they make me grow as an individual as well as in my work.
