In many of my previous roles, I have effectively managed, created, maintained and built strong relationships with my clients and in return, formed solid business connections between the desired companies. I was responsible for assisting and supporting all needs of the clients and acting as an intermediary between the companies and the clients (Spring Global Mail, The Olive Workshop, Great White Shark Tours). My entire work background has been customer service-centric with an emphasis on sales and later, tourism. Though not present on my CV, I believe that my 18 years within sales and customer service, more than makes up for a Tertiary Degree. My main objectives, as a sales person, is promoting, marketing, selling, cross-selling and up-selling products, services and tours and activities. Due to my extensive and versatile sales and service background, I have developed the skills to think ‘outside the box’ to come up with solutions and offer assistance that suit the clients’ particular needs. I believe that working as a team with open and clear communication is key. Being part of a team and working together at all times at Carnival was vital to ensuring a high quality guest experience as well as maintaining a dynamic work environment. Impeccable service is of utmost importance to me as happy clients are returning clients and reputation is everything. With all my experience over the years, I developed the ability to cultivate excellent communication skills, whether on the phone, online or face to face. This also enabled me to comfortably create relationships with with all levels of management. I like to be organised and professional at all times and am adaptable and always eager to learn new things. I am known to be reliable, hard-working, honest and loyal with a strong personality. I am confident that with my broad experience in sales and customer service and my ability to build stellar relationships due to previously managing B2B accounts, I am fully capable of managing key accounts.
