Duties & Responsibilities: Reconciliation: Reconciliation of data over the whole value chain, from application received payment of student. Student Management: Expectations of internal and external stakeholders are effectively managed. Stakeholders are engaged to assist with the resolution of exceptions identified. Financial Data Analysis: Analyse the approved payment instructions to determine whether only valid claims are being paid. Analyse data to identify potential gaps or blockages in the system. Pre-emptive Data Management: Blockages identified timeously escalated to the relevant stakeholders for resolution Items escalated are followed up, ensuring speedy resolution of these.
