My organisational skills areevident from the beginning process of accurate data capturing and maintaining to the final coordination of the events and daily running’s. My good communication skills both verbally and non- verbally ensure effective running of the office and ensure that I offer the clients more than what they need and want, as I listen to both their verbal and non-verbal communication/ feedback. My organizational skills ensure accurate administration. I am able to work under pressurized conditions or situations with no problem as I have a calm personally trait. My previous experience in the hospitality industry allows me to own the customer experience and strive to make it a better than WOW experience. This will lead to customer satisfaction.
