I am currently working at Marley Spoon’s Customer Care Division as a Costumer Communications Expert, after returning to Portugal (6 months ago), from South Africa, country where I completed my tertiary education (BA Honours in Communication Science) and had been working for the previous 27 years. Before joining Marley Spoon, I worked at an international media group - Naspers - for nearly 14 years, as an Editor/Publisher, in both print and digital platforms. I am an extremely good at identifying problems, developing solutions, delivering targets and I also have exceptional negotiating and presentation skills. I’ve worked as an Assistant Publisher for a leading publishing house where I’ve led the editorial production of learning materials and the subsequent submissions to public tenders, as well as a Product Manager where I was responsible for developing course materials. I’ve worked as a teacher and lecturer (Portuguese, Marketing, Advertising, PR and Sales) for 8 years, acquiring valuable experience in education and, above all, in extracting the best performance out of an individual.
