I am looking for clients to close deals for. Companies with high value products or services and qualified leads that I can sell to and provide value to my network as well. I would prefer big deals, mostly because there is enough a pie to go around, and recurring commissions would be a great bonus. I love telecommunications, military technology, aviation, alternative banking, computer technology particularly business software, business opportunities that need new investors, deal negotiations and to some extent, real estate. I have 2 categories for opportunities I may be interested in; 1) Long term relationships with a client for whom I can sell high ticket products or services regardless the sales cycles. 2) Bread and Butter sales for client that need ad-hoc engagement with shorter sales cycles. Why I became self-employed: I am passionate about selling and helping businesses grow. I couldn't do that on a contract that forces me to only focus on one business. So I chose to be self employed so I could pick and choose who I want to work with, how and why. It's easier to think outside the box when you are not in a box, wouldn't you agree? What I'm most proud of: One of my top sales achievements was the introduction of a product called Lucky Cement in South Africa. The construction market is highly competitive in South Africa and finding means to lower costs is always welcomed. I connected with a supplier in Pakistan that drastically dropped the cost for cement for my company and allowed me to bring in a higher quality product at a lower price. The sales where unbelievable that one of the main competitors, PPC, tried to sue me in 2012 for bringing in what they called, "A product similar to ours and confusing our clients." Having successfully toppled the biggest supplier of cement in South Africa, my network has since grown wider into other markets as well, from military, telecommunications, corporate and personal development and more. The most important thing I'm looking for in a company: Type and price of product or service to be sold (preference: high ticket products or services) , amount of commission and finally recurring commissions. Priority are companies with prequalified leads, ready to be closed.
