I am a young man who is confident, highly motivated and active, I am an innovative person who enjoys working as part of a team to meet deadlines and objectives but am also not afraid to work unsupervised as it gives me a chance to learn more and challenge myself to reach higher expectations . This opportunity will broaden my skill / knowledge as I will be broadening my skills further and being introduced to an environment that will equip me for workplace behaviour. Being part of the Abbey dale Construction team has taught me and exposed me to expand my knowledge in terms of attention to detail and being able to also learn about safety procedures to follow has also enlightened me as safety has also enhanced my abilities to interact and control my behaviour around other people and the environment.
