After losing several lucrative contracts, my previous employer was forced to down size and retrench several staff. Unfortunately I was one of the unfortunate and after serving as regional manager of C3 FOODS KZN, found myself unemployed. I am a highly efficient and motivated mature woman in peak physical health and the drive of someone half my age. With my high level of training and knowledge of the hospitality industry I believe I am a most valuable asset to any enterprise requiring staff for their operation. I love to meet and interact with guests and provide them with an unforgettable experience during their sojourn. I am at my best when working under pressure and my attention to detail enables me to provide the necessary ambiance to ensure my guests enjoy their stay. During my professional career I have spent 15 years working on remote sites throughout Africa where I was able to keep my clients contented and comfortable by pursuing my motto of providing them with a “home away from home”!
