I am currently working at a well know law firm in Pietermaritzburg attending to registrations of Estate transfers and also attend to many 'normal' transfers of private sales and from Estate Agents. The past 5 years I have also been attending to the registration of Covering Bonds and overseeing a large project dealing with hundreds of cessions received from our client bank for registration in the Deeds Office and presice records of all bonds received and registered on Excel spreadsheets. After working for 19 years for a firm of attorneys, I feel I have reached a time and position where I feel confident in my abilities as a Conveyancing secretary to work as a freelancer and gain more experience in other avenues.
