I am an experienced HR Professional with a passion for people and a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. I am responsible for the complete human resources function within a Shared Services platform. My responsibilities includes recruitment, performance management, HR policies and procedures, remuneration and benefits, HR reporting, coordination and administration etc. My core skills and competencies include interpersonal skills, agility, analytical, attention to detail, coordinating and organising abilities. In my spare time I volunteer as a counsellor, parkrun (walking/hiking), movies and reading.
