My first job was hectic,I learned to very work hard, we repaired electric and electronic equipment, where I learned to study datasheets, schematics and IC configurations and this gave me understanding of what my career is all about. We replaced on board components and and IC's, learned to solder and use hot air stations. The ministry thought me to be ambitious, working with people with experience in my field of study, this showed me how far I can go,what I can achieve with hard work and patience. At this point I learned about visual PLC's and how telecommunications works,from transmission antennas function to being a radio technician. I worked with a team of expects in the department communication on repairing and building radio antennas for both AM and FM and I was introduce to the basics of digital migration. My other achievement was being able to be a leader, how manage time, and aiming for set goal. It was my own personal project and worked with people that didn't know anything about the electric and electronic discipline, I was able to allocate work, check progress and help where necessary.
