I am ready to grow and learn more as I have been a lease administrator for the past 11 years with my current employer. I am very attention to detail, reliable, committed and responsible person who is not afraid to meet up with new challenges. I enjoy working in a team though I am able to work without being supervised as I can deliver what is expected of me or even do more than that to meet up my monthly target and to do my job professionally. My duties is to process new application, vetting process check TPN and check documents submitted. Do monthly vacancy report and update available list from time to time. Prepare lease document for tenant to sign once done scan the copy and attach it to the tenant profile. Load rental charges, handle rental inquires pertaining to tenant’s monthly statement as well as utilities enquiries Update fica documents for expired passport. Terminate lease as well as issue notice acknowledgement letter. Conduct tenant induction to educate tenant with house rules and lease terms and conditions. My computer knowledge & skills entails Power point, Ms Word, Outlook and Excel. Due to my hard working calibre, I was awarded Best performer of the year as well as Best portfolio award. When my line manager is on leave, I act as a reliever to her position handling all managerial issues. I feel that I more ready to broaden my horizon within the property sector or a different sector as well.
