My previous experience was in a general office admin role working with clients and members by daily & accurate capturing of member’s documents, ensuring correct documentation received and contacting members for outstanding documents such as; Certified ID, Bank Statements, and Withdrawal Forms etc. I have excellent telephone etiquette and am fully bilingual (speak, read & write) in English and Afrikaans.
