I am a creative food product developer with a vast technical background into food labelling, packaging development, legislation, product costing, commercial viability and coordination of production and product roll out into retail. My passions are cooking and catering, anticipating food trends, creating alternative solutions to existing product and markets (i.e. creating vegan/gluten-free/sugar-free/allergen-free alternatives), artwork direction and packaging design, conceptualizing a brand or range to make it part of a sustainable lifestyle, food styling and photography, and most importantly developing delicious food that make people happy and satisfied. I am dedicated to making honest, delicious, healthy, innovative food available for everyone.
