Kriyanka Moodley holds a PhD in Leadership from the Graduate School of Business and Leadership, at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. In 2017, she started the company ‘Mind Before Matter’, which is an academic and commercial research consultancy. Her professional interests include academia, marketing, leadership, social development, qualitative and quantitative analyses. Her academic and commercial work continues to give her local and international exposure.
