I have a year's work experience in an internship for administration and finance. I gained experience in administration which includes general office tasks like coordinating files, data capturing, sorting mail and managing incoming calls. Part of my duties as an intern included providing secretarial assistance to senior staff such as running errands, prepared meeting rooms, take minutes, preparing correspondence and creating reports. My skills have broadened since then with all the training I undertook in office and project management. I had the opportunity to render assistance with the consolidation of financial statements.
