Hello. My name is Kim. I am a 56 year old retired teacher of English and History and have taught at Secondary and Intermediate schools in Durban from grades 3 to 12. I have a BA Degree, HDE Diploma and a Journalism Diploma. I have co-authored a poetry book about my life in South Africa, entitled - OPEN A NEW DOOR - which is available for sale on Amazon. In 2017 and 2018 I also had a writing blog on which I published my own short stories and poetry. I discontinued this blog when my laptop crashed in June 2018. Now I wish to write and edit as a proper job/career and hope you will give my application serious consideration. I have two sons aged 22 and 20, four dogs and one cat.
