I hold a Bsc QS honours (Quantity Surveying) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. I have worked in the Construction/Steel Fabrication industry for over 10 years as Quantity Surveyor and Contracts administrator. I worked on very large projects like the Medupi and Kusile Power stations and small projects like manufacturing 10 manhole covers. In all projects I fully appreciate that producing quality work within the cost allowed and time allocated is very crucial and hence all risk must be minimised before contract inception. I am a smart worker, focused, always trying to find ways to do what must be done faster while maintaining good quality. I believe I would be a good fit for the job, being a QS, a contracts manager and Project manager who has worked on projects from inception to completion and being aware of what can go wrong. Learning means growth for me and for the company I work for, I want to learn, I am willing to learn, for growth in any position; entry level, intermediate or senior. I have advanced knowledge of MS applications as that is what I worked with daily especially Excel spreadsheets of data with more than 100 000 lines that are necessary to get money into the company.
