I have been exposed to a number of industries in my career, the dominant ones being advertising, communication and information technology, this has provided me with experience in the field of performance management, business operations and communications at executive level in the private industry. I have been fortunate enough to gain experience and expertise in the educational environment, specifically educational applications. My experience and skills include having the ability to help evaluate existing communication programs and to assist in the development of new ones. I have concurrently developed excellent interpersonal skills which have allow me to work efficiently, but also stay focused and work efficiently when working independently. I have previous work experience in retail and fast moving consumer goods market, which I began immediately post high school in 2006, but for the purposes of relevance, I began my professional career for Mogomotsi Investments in 2010, as an Intern, in the client relationship department. The position enhanced my skills as an exceptional writer and a Corporate Communication professional, working with agencies and external vendors. This allowed to me gain experience as a young professional and to make mistakes and learn from them. I was appointed as Managing Director of Perfecting Educational Output “PEO” in 2015, an organisation specialising in innovative and technological educational solutions geared towards making education easily accessible. The position involved overseeing technical projects in alignment with organisational goals, while supervising a team of employees working with management, external vendors and advisors. I managed projects with senior executives gaining experience in Corporate Governance, Communication Strategy, Systems Governance, Service Management, Information Security Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. My passion translated in the founding of Moonlighter Group, a company focused on ICT solutions, specifically in the Electronic Learning space. As an Executive Director for the organisation, I worked extensively on enhancing my skills in Software Development, Enterprise Application and Enterprise Mobility. I matriculated from Reitondale High School in Pretoria, with a passion for education I obtained a qualification as a registered educational assessor and later obtained a B.A (HUS) Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from University of South Africa.
