I would best describe myself as a young individual who is able to work with a group of people as I have gained this skill through my journey at Harambee and Webhelp SA. Being a UNISA student taught me to manage my time well, self-discipline and able to meet deadlines when required. With my experience breaking down of customer statements, taking payments and solving customer complains, I am confident I can contribute to the ongoing success.  Throughout my previous work experience , I have gained invaluable experience liaising with customers , capturing invoices for customers, amending and sending statements. Furthermore, I developed outstanding  telephone skills, transcribing skills as well as collecting and capturing data.
