I’ve been working as a IT service desk consultant for three years. At my current job in the service desk of a midsize company, I log and ship calls, do 1st line troubleshooting as well as supporting remotely. I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. With this experience under my belt, I’m looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career.
