Keith has developed specialist skills in numerous project environments and in the process has embraced management and analytical type roles. Keith has developed a competence in IT infrastructure and the development of software packages. Keith’s career progressed through the branch network during his tenure with Standard Bank and then IT support, Help Desk Operator, Help Desk Supervisor and the Service Desk Manager. He then progressed to an IT Service Level Manager, IT Service Desk Training Manager, IT Project Manager (Project Continuation) and various IT Project Management roles and then Senior Project Manager. This has allowed Keith to emerge as a skilled Project Manager with strong resource management abilities. He has worked predominantly in the banking sector.
