Hi my name is Kefilwe Tselanngwe, I am a goal-driven individual with a true passion for customer service. I have diploma in Human Resources Management . I am individual who hosts various skills and work experiences due to my previous job position that allowed me to be versatile. I was a manager of a DSTv agency and during that time the most rewarding part of being the manager is the time spent with customers in order to meet their needs and provide them with the best customer experience. One of the skills that I have which I find valuable is leadership, I have lead teams at four different DStv agencies therefore working with various individuals and easily being able to adapt in any environment. I have SAP certificate. I was a Stock Controller at Dstv agency recording all stock movement and also doing Stock Take. I was also a cashier at my previous job and able handle cash and all banking processes. I also have telephone skills, I am able to handle incoming and outgoing calls proving the best customer service even over the phone. I am good at keeping a team together and producing quality work in a team environment. I’m able to adjust my approach in order to meet certain needs.
