I am a BSc Biotechnology (Hons) graduate (University of the Western Cape), and I am currently pursuing a MPhil in Health Innovation at the University of Cape Town (UCT). I worked for UCT as a Laboratory Technologist for 2 years and 10 months, where I processed TB research specimens, handled laboratory procurement and essentially managed our small laboratory. I am currently in my final year of my Masters, and thereafter I would like to work in health intervention implementation, as a research analyst or associate. For now, I would like to work as research assistant, in any capacity, on a part-time basis while I complete my studies.
