I have recently obtained my BSc (Actuarial and Financial Mathematics) degree from the University of Pretoria and I am currently awaiting graduation which is going to take place on the 16th of April 2020. I am a young energetic and enthusiastic individual interested in learning more about data analysis, risk management and also expand my knowledge in what actuaries do on a day to day basis. Through my experience as a student, I have gained programming skills and fairly sufficient knowledge in statistical methods, financial engineering and actuarial modelling. I was employed as a tutor last year and that taught me a lot about reporting, accountability, communication and also how to be part of a team which works towards achieving a common goal.
