My name is Karyn Sevume. I am currently employed as a service agent for MSA Outsourcing Solutions which entails data capturing and basic administration. My previous temporary position was as a front desk leasing agent at City Property Administration which entailed converting potential clients into solid deals by helping them acquire accommodation. I was previously a receptionist at City Property Administration and I would assist with customer queries, resolving problems and directing customer to the correct person and department as per customer request. I would also operate telephone and switchboard effectively daily. I also have experience as a Client Service Consultant, I was required to assist brokers with quotations for their client, telephonically and via E-mail. Another previous position was as a Sales Administrator at Milpark Education where I was responsible for data capturing, all other administrative work and dealing with students that walk in with enquiries. As it can be seen on my CV I have experience as a receptionist and as a call center agent. I have degree in Public Management and Governance from the University of Johannesburg . I am a dedicated, organized and hardworking young lady that is passionate about helping people in any way possible. I am a fast learner, a team player and I can tackle any challenge the best way I can which makes me a pleasure to work with.
