I am a committed communications and customer relations professional with 20+ years’ experience in corporate, hospitality and homeowners’ association estate management. I have successfully evaluated, developed and implemented systems and processes to improve the communications, image and overall effectiveness of several organisations I have worked for. I am resourceful and confident, with strong interpersonal and writing skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, relations-building and professional communications. Having gained experience as a computer trainer earlier in my career, I love teaching and upskilling people, which I find incredibly rewarding.
