An experienced educator of 25 years from which 5 has been served as a productive Head of Department for Mathematics, Sciences and Technology. I have also acted as a Deputy Principal and as a Principal on different occasions. 87% matric pass rate is my average pass percentage. I strongly believe in building good relations with everyone I work with hence I always take my workplace as my second home away from home.I respect my seniors under any circumstances.I believe in producing quality and I am forever giving it all. I always observe targets and adhere to the submission dates.I have always adopted a learning and learning attitude hence it is easy for me to grasp whatever is introduced to me and possible work on strategical ways of transferring it to others in a very short space of time, that is saving any institutions assert, time. I don't need to be supervised to do my work, as an individual or within a team. I am advanced on designing, implementing and monitoring turn around strategies and intervention programs. I always aspire to be assertive in any company I have been given a chance to offer my services to, with all what I have.
