I am a professionally registered Management Services Practitioner (South African Institute for Management Services) with advanced skills and experience in Organisational Development, Transformation, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning and Project Management. I have over 20 years work experience in the Government and Consultancy sectors. My work experience includes facilitation of challenging transformation initiatives in SA government, which involved a multitude of stakeholders, which include organisational redesign, human resources systems strengthening and end-to-end change management and monitoring and evaluation. I hold a Master’s in Governance & Political Transformation with various other qualifications relating to Management, HR, OD, Humanities and M&E. I am currently drafting a research proposal for a PhD in Governance and Political Transformation through University of the Free State. I gained advanced leadership and management skills in government and through consultancy work. I have an above average creative ability, which assisted me in my career to solve problems, find new solutions and facilitate change.
