My name is Juanita Roberta Zinhumwe and I am a Zimbabwean by nationality and currently residing in South Africa. I am a person with very good communications skills and fluent in English, Xhosa and Zulu. I approach tasks with intention to fulfill that to the end and doing that with an open mind. I possess the capacity to reach deadlines and produce work of a high standard, often in pressurised working conditions. My love for working in Customer relations and interacting has exposed me to people from all walks of life and also had me take a very keen interest in different cultures and customs My key specialties (not only limited to) are-: ● Customer relations as I have extensive 11 years Call Centre experience outside my current employer and within the company working as a Customer service and Sales agent and then being promoted to a Team Leader. ● Strong Communication skills and Fluent in English ● Capabilities of Running a department in the absence of Team Manager ● Assertive in decision making after having kept an open mind on why and how I got to that decision I have over 10 years’ experience in Customer Relations and 6 years’ experience in Leadership role and have a set goal to eventually be in Operations one day.
